My Dear Daruhter and Famely
I receved your letter to day
I'm suprided you got so fluster with so much excitement you surely must have missunderstand every thing I wote. I hope you did not write Mr.Polley yet? I will try and explane to you the law of So Dak is that old folks past 65 years old with out any income are entitle to assistance. one half federal and half state. there is money appropriate for that purpose. our church law never conflict with the state law. august or your self are not duty bound to help me for the state will help me and every dollar you send up to South Dakota your are just thking it away from your famely. I positive know you will not have too much for those Children. thare education will take a lot. your children are just Baby yet it will not be long till thay will be growing up then it will be a hard pull on the purse strings.
if you have not writen Mr. Palley yet No 1 tell hem that you have got those three Children to cair for one reason second reason is your Health is not so good as it shuld be I hope you understand me now? Thank Mr Polly for what help he gave me I will close wishing you all everything good with God deaiest Blisings your mother
