My Dear Daughter agnes and famely I hope this find you all feeling fine and Happy. we are having very nice weather we could use a lettle rain right now for the grain pleas excuse my Short letter this time Mr King from the social sucurity Office was here to Day from Burke and it wea to late to get this letter of in the mail after he left. I had my old age application made out to get assistance. and Mr King sayed that it was required that I would have to write all of my childrin for them to have a retton statment from them all at there Office in Burke if you folks can help me or not and if not what is the reason you can not help me. I will close for this time with love. praying God to Bless you all. mother P.S. I need help so bad I hope that I will get it soon
