Patrick Henry Neuhofer, beloved husband and father, died peacefully on January 6th, 2026 at the age of 78 surrounded by loved ones. Patrick dedicated his life to his family and his community. His love was felt by all through his quiet nature, but big presence. He grew up in St Joseph, Florida on the family farm, being one of 11 children.
He spent his early career as grounds keeper at Oakley Funeral Home. Afterwards he enjoyed working with the Sisters at Holy Name Priory. In his early years he took pleasure in working and building a race car with his friends. He loved hunting, fishing, spending time, and playing games with his family.
Pat is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Mary Ann Neuhofer and their children: Charles Neuhofer, Lynn McDougal (Jeff), and Jennifer Delach (Joe); Grandchildren: Matthew Scott, Darryl Scott, Annabelle Scott, and Eleanor Delach; Siblings: Lena Pearson (Malloy), and Charles “Mike” Neuhofer (Marica), and sister-in law Margie Neuhofer, as well as a multitude of nieces, nephews, and God children.
He is predeceased by his parents, Helen and Joseph P. Neuhofer; his siblings: Mary Neuhofer, Sister Mary Dorothy Neuhofer OSB, Joseph Neuhofer, Paul Neuhofer (Mary A.), Getrude LaBruzzo (Pete), Sister Mary Claire Neuhofer OSB, Leo Neuhofer, and Frank Neuhofer.
Services will be held the morning of Tuesday, January 13th, 2026 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in St. Joseph, Florida.
Visitation will be held at 9:00, prayer service at 9:30, Funeral Mass at 10:00 with burial at 11:30.
