The life of John Dennis Gude
(The third son of Gertrude Agnes & Joseph Allen Gude)
Betty Maffett GUDE,
90, passed away February 1, 2015.
She was born in Okeechobee, Florida to Thomas and Marguerite Maffett.
Mrs. Gude was a volunteer for the Pioneer Florida Museum and Bayfront Hospital in Dade City and of the Methodist faith.
She is survived two daughters Stephanie Clarke of Dade City and Ginger (Barry) Hoffman of Tallahassee; son, Stanley Gude of Dade City; four grandchildren Shannon, Eric, Logan and Jordan; three great-grandchildren Lyon, Caroline and William; and sister-in-law Mary Maffett of Dade City.
Mrs. Gude was preceded in death by her husband Dennis Gude, son-in-law Gloyd Clarke, and brother Gene Maffett.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 pm, Friday, February 13, 2015 at Whitfield Funeral Home.
